The Feedback We Didn’t Expect

One of our customers recently told us:

«I started to quite like the portal.»

Not exactly the kind of quote you’d expect to find in a marketing brochure.

And that’s probably why we liked it.

Software in our industry doesn’t need to be exciting. It needs to help people get their jobs done.

The same customer went on to say that the damage categorisations with the associated cost and Repair Now Ratio  were «pretty much bang on the money».

Comments like that matter because they come from people using the platform day after day. People reviewing real inspections, making maintenance decisions and dealing with the practical realities of blade management.

Over the years we’ve spent countless hours improving classification models, workflows and review tools.

It’s easy to focus on new features.

Sometimes the most satisfying feedback is simply hearing that the system works the way people hoped it would.
