It needs to help people get their jobs done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same customer went on to say that the damage categorisations with the associated cost and Repair Now Ratio\u00a0 were <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abpretty much bang on the money\u00bb<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comments like that matter because they come from people using the platform day after day. People reviewing real inspections, making maintenance decisions and dealing with the practical realities of blade management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the years we&#8217;ve spent countless hours improving classification models, workflows and review tools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s easy to focus on new features.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sometimes the most satisfying feedback is simply hearing that the system works the way people hoped it
